About

Hi! I’m Kevin Collins and Welcome to Joyful Soul Care!

The mission of Joyful Soul care is to share spiritual practices and wisdom that enlighten us to the fact that God is everywhere and as the Mystics teach us, “In all of us”.

The mission of Joyful Soul care is to share spiritual practices and wisdom that enlighten us to the fact that God is everywhere.

I live this mission through my work as a spiritual director, or as I like to call a “soul friend” and as a divine calling coach.

Since I was very young I was drawn to the spiritual life and have had mystical experiences that have convinced me beyond a doubt that there is a world beyond what we can see. As a compassionate, and intuitive old soul I deeply feel the suffering of others and the world.

As a spiritual director and divine calling coach, I absolutely love seeing people deepen their connection with God and finding contentment and happiness as they commit to a spiritual practice. The need for soul care in today’s world is so great and I am honored to be a part of this new awakening.

I am committed to helping you learn new spiritual practices that will make your days more peaceful, soul filled, and help you live in the sacred present moment. Generally, I publish at least one new article each week. In addition, I will add new spiritual quotes, poetry, prayers and book excerpts to add to your expanding spiritual practices.

More about Kevin

I grew up as a child in a Christian Fundamentalist church. After leaving the church in my late teens, I embarked on a twenty year journey to answer the question…

If the God of the Bible is loving, why do so many Christians seem to openly judge other human beings that believe differently from them?

If the God in the Bible is loving, why do so many Christians seem to openly judge other human beings that believe differently from them.

This search lead me on an amazing inner journey that has had its ups and downs but looking back I can see the thread of God’s presence and love that was always there.  As a progressive Christian, I still find comfort in the words of Jesus but after leaving behind my fundamentalist upbringing many years ago, I can now clearly see the wisdom and commonalities from other faith traditions. We truly are ONE.
